Both your cars and theirs are slow enough that there shouldn't be any uncontrollable situations.

At Jimmy's house, a cutscene will be shown in which Pegorino and Dmitry are hiding from the Old Casino. Niko brakes spectacularly, sliding along the road to shield himself from the heavy fire. Niko and Jacob talk, and Bellick convinces his friend not to fight and to get out of the car.

Get back to the game. Kill the three guys on the roof on the right, then shoot at those hiding behind their cars. Once everyone on the street is dead, run towards the entrance.

Now we have to go back, go down to the deck of the ship. Now new enemies will attack you, be careful when descending, do not rush. When you reach an open hatch, carefully jump down. There, break through the resistance of the guards to Dmitry, there will be a short conversation with him - and his last guards will attack you. Instead of fighting with them for a long time, you can simply shoot at Dmitry, and then you will see a video where the bloody Dmitry talks to Niko, after which you can finally finish him off. Get out of the ship, now no one is stopping us, you can even hide your weapon. Go outside. The mission will end here, Niko will call his cousin and inform him of his choice.

If you agreed to deal with Dmitry, then go to the $ icon on the map. After this, you and Phil go to the docks. Dmitry will call and say that he took the drugs. He ditched you again. Now follow Phil and climb onto the roof. Enter through the window he broke, and get ready for a serious massacre, more than 35 people will attack you, all of them well armed. Hide in shelters, kill those who are closer, after the remaining ones. After you make your way through the entire warehouse to its other end, you find out that the money is in the office. There are many of them, and they have decent weapons. They hide behind cars, so you can simply throw grenades at them or destroy them with RPG shots. Once you clear the area, go into the building, enemies are waiting for us there again, although much smaller, about 5 people. As you approach the stairs to the second floor, watch a video that will show Pegorino running away. Follow him as soon as you open the door to the roof, be careful, there are two enemies there at once. Then go down the stairs, killing anyone who gets in the way along the way. On the way to the pier, another car with the mafia will arrive, so as not to waste time, just shoot at it with an RPG before the bandits come out and detain you. At the pier, Pegorino will jump into the boat, and you will need to take the Sanchez bike. Chase Pegorino along the shore, it's quite easy. Just don't fall off the bike, or you could risk mission failure if Pegorino leaves. Considering that the largest and most difficult stage of the mission has been completed, it will be very disappointing to fail. Therefore, be careful, and at the same time, fast. Along the way you will see a combat helicopter with Roman and Jacob on board. You will have to jump onto it using the springboard marked with a marker on the radar. After the jump, you need to get into the helicopter - quickly press the jump key many times. If you don't press fast enough, Niko will fall into the sea and the mission will fail. Then again, either wait for Jacob’s call, or call yourself... And again he will report that he is on the trail of Raskalov and Pegorini’s subordinates. They will also lead to Dmitry and Pegorino. Niko will send Jacob so as not to risk him too, but his friend will still help a lot... Kill the guards, run to the entrance to the room, kill the guards there as well. When you reach the stairs, you will be shown a video in which Dmitry kills Pegorino and runs away to the roof. Follow him, kill the guards. Dmitry will try to fly away in a helicopter, then Niko will get caught on the step, but he will be thrown into the water, fortunately, there will be a boat nearby. Move away immediately, because from the helicopter they will shoot at the boat with RPGs! Chase the helicopter and dodge missiles. Jacob will pick you up in a helicopter, when he goes down lower, jump on the helicopter. Afterwards, chase Dmitry by helicopter. Jacob will be able to shoot down Dmitry's helicopter, but your helicopter will also catch fire - you will be shown a video where you make an emergency landing on the same island of Happiness. Finish off the guards, catch up with Dmitry and kill him. This is the last mission from the main plot of GTA 4. Congratulations, GTA 4 is completed!!!
