At any party or children's party, non-alcoholic cocktails are always a hit. There are a great many recipes for such drinks. There are refreshing cocktails, and there are warming ones, so they will be relevant at any time of the year. Try making drinks using the recipes below. Your guests and household members will be delighted.

Making cocktails at home is not difficult at all.

  • Bartenders use shakers to mix drinks. But if you don’t have this “device” in your kitchen, you can get by with a mixer or blender. And some cocktail options do not require whipping.
  • When preparing cocktails, you should pay special attention to the design. Glasses or glasses are used for serving. The edge of the glass can be decorated with a sugar rim. To do this, the top edge is first dipped in juice or syrup, and then in granulated sugar. In addition, slices of fruit, berries, chopped nuts, and grated chocolate are used for decoration.
  • Cocktails are usually served with a straw.

Non-alcoholic "Mojito"

For a non-alcoholic version of Mojito, we need a carbonated tonic, for example, Schweppes. To prepare 6 servings of the drink you will need.

  • 2 bunches of mint;
  • 5 limes;
  • 500 ml carbonated tonic;
  • 500 ml apple juice;
  • sugar and ice to taste.

We tear off the leaves from the mint sprigs, wash them and dry them. We cut the leaves. Mix mint with sugar, we will need from 6 to 12 teaspoons (to taste), grind so that the mint juice saturates the granulated sugar.

Wash the limes, cut one of them into thin slices, and squeeze the juice from the rest. Stir mint with sugar and lime mugs into a jug, pour in juice, carbonated tonic and apple juice. Mix. Add crushed ice to taste and serve.

Non-alcoholic mulled wine - hot cocktail

In the cold season, a hot cocktail - mulled wine - will warm you up well.

  • 400 ml orange juice;
  • 300 ml apple juice;
  • 300 ml grape juice;
  • 2 star anise;
  • 2 clove buds;
  • 2 tablespoons ginger root, cut into medium pieces;
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds;
  • 4 cinnamon sticks.

Pour the juice into a pan and heat to 80-85 degrees, skim off the foam. There is no need to boil the juice, as boiling will destroy the vitamins. Place all the spices in a thermos and pour in the hot mixture of juices. Close the thermos and let the drink brew for half an hour. Pour into glasses.

Advice! To prepare mulled wine, you can use store-bought juices, but a drink made from fresh fruit will be healthier.

"Blue Lagoon" with Blue Curacao

It’s not for nothing that the Blue Lagoon cocktail got its name. It has a beautiful blue color as it is prepared with Blue Curacao. To prepare a non-alcoholic version of the cocktail, we need not liqueur, but Blue Curacao syrup, which can be purchased in large supermarkets. For one serving of drink you need:

  • 20 ml lemon juice;
  • 150 ml of Sprite drink;
  • 30 ml Blue Curacao syrup;
  • 100 gr. crushed ice;
  • 1 slice of lime or lemon.

Place finely crushed ice in a tall glass; it should occupy about two-thirds of the container. Add Blue Curacao syrup and lemon juice, mix everything and pour in the sprite. Garnish the drink with a slice of lime or lemon.

  • 700 ml coconut milk (canned);
  • 200 gr. strawberries (can be frozen);
  • 5 dates;
  • 1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar;
  • sugar or sugar substitute to taste.

We remove the seeds from the dates and grind them in a blender, adding a little coconut milk. Then put the washed and stemmed strawberries into the blender, turn on the device again to turn the strawberries into puree and mix it with dates.

Pour the remaining coconut milk into the prepared mass, add vanilla sugar, add sugar or a substitute to taste. Beat at maximum speed for 1.5-2 minutes. Pour into glasses.

Non-alcoholic cocktail with Sangria juice

The popular Sangria cocktail is made with wine, but you can also make a non-alcoholic version with juice. It is advisable to use freshly squeezed juice.

The basis:

  • 1 liter of grape juice;
  • 100 gr. cherry juice;
  • 200 ml orange juice;
  • 0.5 liters of Sprite.

Filling:

  • 1 orange;
  • 0.5 lemon;
  • 1 peach;
  • 50 gr. cherries;
  • 50 gr. grapes;
  • 2 sprigs of lemon balm;
  • sugar to taste.

Let's prepare the filling. Let's wash all the fruits. Cut the orange and half a lemon into thin slices, peel the peach and cut into thin slices, remove the pits from the cherries. If the grapes are large, then you need to cut the berries in half and remove the seeds. Leave small grapes whole. Place all the fruits in a jug and add lemon balm. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and leave for a few minutes to release the juice.

Then pour the prepared juices and Sprite into the jug and mix. Add ice to the drink.

Tea cocktail with pomegranate

A very tasty tea cocktail with pomegranate can be prepared using black or green tea. Try both options.

  • 100 ml pomegranate juice (freshly prepared);
  • 120 ml of brewed green or black tea;
  • 60 ml sugar syrup;
  • ice to taste.

First you need to prepare pomegranate juice. To do this, roll a ripe pomegranate several times with force on the table or simply squeeze it with your hands, trying to crush as much as possible. Then cut off part of the peel and pour the juice into a glass, strain it. One medium pomegranate yields about 100 ml of juice.

  • 1 fresh pineapple or 100 ml pineapple juice;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 50 ml coconut milk or cream;
  • crushed ice to taste;
  • coconut flakes for decoration.

Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. We leave a couple of beautiful slices for decoration, and pass the rest of the pulp through a meat grinder. Pour pineapple juice into a mixing bowl, pour in coconut milk and add sugar. Beat until fluffy foam forms. Add ice and pour the cocktail into a glass. Decorate with pineapple slices and coconut flakes.
