  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • ground black pepper

    Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2-3 pieces (it all depends on the size of the fillet), add salt and pepper to taste. Add egg whites and mix. Leave for fifteen minutes.
