The phone is SUPER! I learned it so much that I was already taking it out of my trouser pocket.
I have already typed any necessary menu item using the keys, even calmly
dialed the call number without errors.
Now, in 2017, I want to buy it again as a time machine, because...
an indecent amount of pleasant moments are associated with him 2005-summer)
Stylish, convenient smartphone with a good camera and pleasant metal body. The battery is not very capacious, but I don’t put a lot of weight on the phone, it lasts me a day and a half. The screen is very bright, you can even read it calmly. Lte, 2 SIM cards, a reliable signal even in a village near Tula, where it usually catches in only one place, on the stairs and with an outstretched arm. The camera is ordinary, on the screen the pictures seem brighter and more saturated than when you upload them to the computer. If anyone prints pictures from a smart phone, they will need to be slightly processed in Photoshop for brightness. I got it on sale in the official store, for the price at which I got it, smart and chic.
A very successful model for such a price, both externally and in terms of filling. Firstly, it has a beautiful design, is comfortable to hold in your hand, and has a fairly durable body. Secondly, it works well: I easily use all applications, quickly finds 3G, LTE, wi-fi. I like the camera too. I thought that 8 megapixels would not be enough for clear pictures. The phone lasts a surprisingly long time without charging, considering how much time I spend on social networks, listening to music and constantly using applications. I only charge it no more than once every 2 days. In addition, a good amount of memory. I often download something and while I’m saving pictures on the device. Overall a very convenient and inexpensive phone. I am happy to recommend using
The biggest plus of this device is the battery. It may not even be so much the battery as the balance, so to speak. I charge it once every 3-4 days, but it didn’t really affect the design, it’s quite decent, not a brick or a shovel. Not the most powerful processor, but nevertheless it does not freeze, there are no problems with installing applications, toys and all other little things necessary for work and entertainment, everything goes off without a hitch. Surprisingly decent main camera, the front camera is not ice. The speaker does not wheeze, the interlocutor can be heard well, the sound in the headphones is completely normal. For the price this is a great option.
Dmitriy:Good smartphone behind good price, the battery lasts a long time, the camera takes quality pictures, the processor and RAM can handle most games.
The sound is bomb! I took it because of the sound and battery, the rest is not critical to me, the main thing is that it rings, does not glitch and is not clogged with all sorts of rubbish in view of unnecessary applications. I can use a small battery for 2 days; I can easily take a large battery on a weekend trip where there are no outlets. It’s well assembled, it doesn’t creak anywhere, the lid doesn’t come off, the charging socket is also durable (in principle, no wonder, I don’t charge it often). The camera is mediocre, good for amateur photos, you can also see the text, for everything else I have a DSLR. The Internet does not slow down, applications run smoothly, but I have not tried them on heavy games. Manufacturers are great for not including headphones in the kit; with cheap earplugs for 150 RUR there will be no sound, you need good headphones like a senheiser or fisher, otherwise you won’t feel the mega-sound or appreciate the chip.

Hello, users of the best mobile portal Trashbox. Just the other day I was faced with the choice of buying a smartphone. Initially, I chose a regular phone with a QWERTY keyboard, but when I was standing in front of the window and looking for the perfect option for me, I came across a smartphone Acer Liquid Z3. Acer continues to confidently release budget smartphones on the Android operating system, thereby increasing its market share in this segment. Today's hero of the occasion belongs to such smartphones. The most interesting thing is that Acer received a prize for its efforts - the Good Design Award for the development of design that stimulates industrial and social progress.
Technical Acer specifications Liquid Z3:
Contents of delivery:
Back panel excellent. The case is plastic, but with a soft-touch coating. Surprisingly, there are no fingerprints left. Taking the smartphone in your hand evokes only positive emotions - it is pleasant to the touch and easy to use.
The display diagonal is 3.5 inches, as on previous iPhone smartphones. By today's standards of smartphone dimensions, many can say that 3.5 inches is not a cake. However, the Apple smartphone has been used for many years and the majority claimed that this is the most convenient display diagonal to use. In my case, everything is fine, the smartphone fits comfortably in my hand and does not ask to jump out and fly on the asphalt or any other hard surface.
The display, unfortunately, is not protected by any of the cool new glass like Corning Gorilla Glass. Regular plastic is used, but for me this is not a drawback. I'm not going to cut my smartphone with a knife to test its resistance to scratches or any other mechanical stress.
On the front panel there are three touch-sensitive main keys for controlling the Android operating system - these are “Back”, “Home” and “Running applications”. The buttons are not backlit, but again I would like to note that for four thousand rubles this can be left in the background. It's time to remember the location of the control buttons, isn't it? At the top there is a button to turn the device on/off, as well as a standard headset jack.
The left side is not exposed with any connectors or keys. As for the right, there is already something to roam around here - the volume buttons. There is no key to launch the camera, I don’t need it.
On the bottom you can find a MicroUSB connector for connecting and synchronizing your smartphone with a computer, as well as a microphone. On the back there is a main camera with a resolution of 3 megapixels without flash and an external speaker with DTS sound technology.
The minimum and maximum brightness levels can be called optimal for use in a dark room, or outdoors in the open air with direct sunlight. There are no shortcomings regarding the display, even the viewing angle does not cause any negation. For everyday use, the smartphone display cannot be called bad for such a budget segment.
The Acer Liquid Z3 smartphone is powered by operating system Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Fortunately, when I turned on the smartphone, I did not find any traces of the presence of a proprietary shell - it simply does not exist, and for me this is a plus. The clean shell is convenient to use and performs well the best side, does not have any settings. There are no lags, bugs, or brakes, which is surprising. The icon design is standard, there are some additional widgets, the system is not cluttered with unnecessary applications.
Test results in various benchmarks:
The smartphone is equipped with a main 3-megapixel camera with auto-focus capability, a feature I never discovered when using the camera. The camera is not equipped with LED flashes and optical image stabilization - this is obvious. Judge the quality of the resulting photos yourself:
What I didn't like
1 radio module (only 1 SIM works at a time)
512 RAM, not critical for my tasks, nothing slows me down, Skype works
The camera leaves much to be desired, it is not suitable for landscapes, the photo of size 14 text on a sheet of paper is readable, faces are legible. It is better not to photograph dimly lit objects at all.
What I liked
Modern full-fledged Android (no dancing with a tambourine) 2 SIM cards are not a “shovel” (the screen is the same size as an iPhone 4, but the resolution is naturally worse) good design, matte finish on the back cover, fits nicely and comfortably in the hand. The battery is quite capacious (I talk no more than 10 minutes a day, read, surf the Internet, alternating Wi-Fi and 3G for about 3 hours a day) - the battery lasts for 3 days.
What I didn't like
Not the most modern filling. It turns off without sound (maybe this is just my problem, so I’ll explain: in all phones I used the auto-off function (at night, and auto-on in the morning), and so: sometimes (RARELY!) you come home late or are waiting for a late call, and you want the phone to remind you , they say, I turned off. I don’t want to correct this small drawback with a third-party application (especially if rooting is needed).
What I liked
The most important thing: unlike many Android devices, the contact is correctly linked to the SIM card (i.e. the call goes straight away, while in other devices there is a request where to call from, and the linked SIM card is marked with an icon, like recommended). Optimal (for a dialer! ) size, battery (after turning off unnecessary frequencies in the service menu, it was discharged by less than half in a week (I use it in fairly active dialer mode)), and of course the price.
What I didn't like
Not enough RAM (512), weak camera, navigator freezes
What I liked
Inexpensive, the price is very reasonable (about 4000 rubles). Compact, fits comfortably in your hand. Android 4.2, you can install many good and modern applications, simple and average games run without problems. Normal battery, works adequately with Wi-Fi. Good display, bright, rich colors and good resolution. 2 normal SIM cards.
What I didn't like
Not suitable for repair.
What I liked
Excellent price/quality/technical characteristics ratio. Applications do not slow down, voice communication is normal.
What I didn't like
Bluetooth doesn't work, no flash, no front camera, you can't set your own ringtone, the color is only black, you can't find cases
What I liked
cheap, fast sensor, good battery, beautiful and pleasant to the touch body
What I didn't like
dim screen and poor quality call sound. Nokia 7373 is better. The vibration also didn't seem very strong.
What I liked
Dual-core processor, price, nice appearance, pleasant to the touch, intuitive interface, touchpad responds well.
What I didn't like
Doesn't catch my mood :) And yes: if you take out the Akum, the time and date settings are reset)
What I liked
GPS, cover included, operation in wi-fi hotspot mode (you can distribute your traffic to friends), setting the shutdown mode at night, good screen brightness in direct sunlight.
What I didn't like
No front camera, the navigator is messing up
What I liked
excellent combination of price and quality
What I didn't like
The connection is lost, no one can get through until you reboot. Skype is very slow. The camera couldn't be worse.
What I liked
Low price.
What I didn't like
I haven’t found it yet, and I hope I never will.
What I liked
Solid, nothing creaks, toys fly, the price is just right for a student.
What I didn't like
This is individual and nitpicking, but there are shortcomings in ergonomics:
- The power/lock button would be much more convenient on the right side and not on the top, even with such a compact size.
- Opening the flip lid with one hand is not very convenient, you need some skill. It would be better to make it vertical instead of horizontal.
- No button backlight. I don’t miss, but the first one is unusual.
- A flash and a flashlight would not be at all superfluous, but alas.
What I liked
Size/Weight A lot of phones with a small screen manage to have unpleasant physical dimensions or weight. In this regard, the Philips W336 was especially striking. Live it’s just some kind of brick. Everything is great here. Quite compact and not thick. - Battery. In the mode of 40 minutes of music/podcasts, several calls a day for about 20 minutes, short correspondence in hangouts, Wi-Fi always on, 3G off, BT holds for 4 days confidently. At night it turns off for 5 hours (auto on/off) - In my configuration, the kit includes a second back cover-cover that covers the screen from the keys in the pocket. But it happens that it’s not - you need to find out/look at it right away when purchasing. - A brand known for laptops. Still, they have better firmware development and more stable quality. There is still hope for updates. - Screen. Not IPS, but very good brightness and does not invert/distort colors (only barely noticeable when tilted downwards), and does not “blind” in the sun, which is what most state employees suffer from. And LG optimus L1 and L3 with an IPS screen saved on matches and made the resolution 240x320. Here 320x480, which is quite enough. - Appearance. Strict, matte lid. It’s not a shame to show it off in public - it doesn’t scream with its appearance; I’m a cheap Asian toy rolled up in gloss to make it seem prettier. Show-offs are not my thing, but they are cheap and even more so.
