The work is being carried out actively, and given that the developer still has almost a year and a half left, there is no doubt about their positive outcome.

To what has been said, we can add that over the past year the list of Western social facilities has been expanded. The Murinsky Education Center No. 2, built by Setl City as part of the project, came into operation. 1,175 children will be able to attend this school. The number of kindergartens is increasing. As part of the first Greenland, four kindergartens were opened. In addition, the commissioned buildings of GreenLandia 2 also have premises for two kindergartens with one hundred seats each. In the near future they will begin to work. Plus, next year two more kindergartens will appear here, the premises for which are reserved in buildings 2.11 and 2.13. As for the construction of a school in GreenLandia 2, the developer has not yet started it - the facility is at the design stage.

The most important event for residents of western Murin was the opening last year of traffic under the Ring Road from Okhtinskaya Alley to Verkhnaya Street. Thanks to this, the exit from Bugry was relieved and the tension on the roads during rush hours was somewhat reduced. "GreenLandia 2" is one of the best projects in. Sales here, despite intense competition, are going well. There are developers who have practically nothing to criticize for. "Setl City" just one of them. Wherever the company undertakes construction, you can be sure that everything will be built with high quality and there is no need to worry about long-term construction. Yes, in difficult times of crisis, the developer may experience slight delays in terms of some projects. But these are all working hours, and in any case, equity holders do not have to wait long for their apartments. Therefore, the highest score “A+” that experts gave to “Setl City” in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region is fully justified.

Construction progress of the residential complex "GreenLandia 2" Once again confirms the high reputation of the developer. At the end of this year, four buildings of the first stage (No. 1-4) are being commissioned, and it must be said that there is no doubt about their timely commissioning. All of them are already, as of May 2017, at a high stage of readiness. Only in the first building it remains to complete the roofing work and install the stained glass structures. As for the rest, internal work is underway in all four buildings, installation of engineering systems, finishing of apartments and common areas is underway, and improvement of local areas is on the agenda.

As for buildings 5, 6 and 7, the delivery of which is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018, their construction is also progressing at a rapid pace. Monolithic work in the houses is being completed, the laying of external walls and internal partitions is underway, double-glazed windows are being installed, insulation of facades continues, builders are installing engineering systems in the houses. Considering that there is still a whole year ahead, the fate of these three buildings of the second stage also does not raise any questions.

Everything regarding the pros and cons of this residential complex has been covered in detail by us in an earlier opinion of the portal. Let us note that although the development of the West does not stand still, residential buildings, as usual, are growing and being populated faster than social infrastructure facilities are being built. And if schools and kindergartens are appearing in Western Murino (the kindergarten belonging to the first building of GreenLandia 2 has already been built, the builders are now doing its rough finishing, as well as laying out utilities), then the situation with medical facilities is still very tense. The local outpatient clinic and hospital are not nearby, it’s a long walk to get to them, and the journey by transport takes a long time (including traffic jams). In addition, healthcare facilities are overloaded and not everyone and not always can receive medical care there. This summer, the authorities promise to open a medical center and an ambulance post in Western Murino, which will at least partially improve the situation. However, until the promised clinic is built here, the situation will not improve dramatically.

Doesn't have quick solution and the problem of traffic jams when leaving Western Murino through Bugry. In the near future, the authorities promise to build a transport interchange with a separate exit to the Ring Road, but this is not a matter of one year. In the meantime, residents hope that a passage will be opened under the roundabout so that Murino motorists will have another corridor to travel to St. Petersburg. Judging by several media reports, this may be done in 2018.

Sales in the GreenLandia 2 residential complex are very dynamic. As of mid-May, only a little over a hundred apartments remained for sale in the four buildings of the first stage, while the apartments in the third building were almost sold out. In the three houses of the second stage, about 280 options are currently available, which is also not a lot in general. This indicator inspires respect, especially considering the fierce competition that exists in western Murino. The choice of new buildings here is now very wide. It is being built literally next to “GreenLandia 2” (“B”), although there is a postponement here. There are also two new buildings from (rated “B”): and “Alphabet” (a postponement was also noted). It is true that in the new part of the project all apartments will be rented with full finishing, while in the first two quarters there were also options without finishing.

As in the first “GreenLandia”, the residential complex “GreenLandia 2” is planned to have its own infrastructure. Built-in kindergarten for 100 places will be commissioned together with the first four buildings at the end of 2017. Also, as part of the first stage, it is planned to put into operation a built-in and attached parking lot, although it will accommodate only 48 cars. In general, the infrastructure of the quarter will include a large number of facilities, and a variety of them, in addition to schools and kindergartens, there is also a clinic (we remind you that in this location there is a big problem with medical institutions), a fitness center, and a library. Let’s not forget that the first two quarters of GreenLandia are also actively developing, in which three kindergartens have already been commissioned and a school is being built. Another school is being built to the east, approximately 300 m from the boundaries of GreenLandia 2.

Construction of the continuation should begin by the end of 2016. Civil Avenue, work will also begin on the creation of a transport interchange between Grazhdansky and the Ring Road. In the long term - the extension of Svetlanovsky Prospekt beyond the Ring Road. All this should seriously improve transport accessibility. In the meantime, the transport problems of the location not only remain relevant, but are also felt more and more acutely.

Construction of the first stage of the GreenLandia 2 residential complex is actively underway. In the fourth building, work is going on at the level of the fourth floor, in the first - the fifth, in the second - the eighth, in the third - the eleventh. Let us remind you that all the completed houses in the first two blocks of the GreenLandia residential complex were completed on time, and some were even ahead of schedule. The excellent reputation of Setl City, which allows it to remain one of the leaders in the St. Petersburg construction market, has developed partly thanks to the punctuality of the developer.

As in the first part of the project, in the second the greatest attention is paid to studios and one-room apartments. The living areas are small, but there are no very small options. At the same time, the living rooms in all apartments are spacious, and savings are achieved mainly due to small kitchens. Almost all apartments have balconies or loggias.

I’ve been living in building 2.4 for a year now, and during this year we haven’t had any peace! Initially, these elevators irritated everyone with their slowness, but they also break down all the time! It was necessary to think of putting 2 elevators in an entrance with 17 floors, with 16 apartments on each floor, and so that another of these elevators was constantly broken! Well, if you install only two elevators on such a large entrance, then these elevators must be very good quality, and by these elevators their “quality” was immediately visible, because they break down from the moment the house is commissioned! And now what is the situation: most often the freight elevator is broken, so you can imagine what the picture is like at 7 pm, when everyone comes home from work and cannot get to their places, because the small elevator carries 4 people and does it super-slowly ! You call the dispatcher, and she’s already tired of taking these calls for a year, and says that they won’t change the elevator! Repairs also do not have any effect, because after repairs this elevator may break down the very next day, and you call the dispatcher again and she answers you: “What, it broke down again?!” In general, if I had known from the beginning that the developer would “try so hard,” I would have bought an apartment somewhere else! The other day I was in their own residential complex “Clear Sky” - for some reason they installed adequate elevators there, but what kind of “gift” is this?! And now no one needs this problem, the developer has done his job, the dispatcher endlessly calls repairmen, who also cannot help in any way, and people who live above the 10th floor are having fun, especially mothers with strollers are having fun! In general, I advise everyone to either not take apartments higher than the 5th floor in this residential complex, or, if you take an apartment higher, hope and pray that you will be luckier than building 2.4!

I hear my neighbors regularly. If I had the money for repairs, I would cover the entire apartment with Shumka before moving in; - Balcony glazing. Yes, everything is beautiful. Spacious balconies. But they DO flow from the rain. Neighbors from the 17th floor are drowning completely. On my 10th floor there are small puddles. They called under warranty (the guys from the contractor came, if I'm not mistaken the name is "Avangard" - they do this glazing) - they came, did something, but in the end they finished the balcony even more. - Elevators. I would call this residential complex Greenlandia 2 elevators. I don’t understand how it’s possible to design in such a way that with 10+ apartments per floor you can install 2 elevators? What are these norms? And here, according to the guru, the class of housing is COMFORT CLASS. Yeah, the best comfort with 2 elevators. The elevators are slow (I’m talking about the first stage now (4 houses)), while you go from 10 to 1 you feel like you’re getting old. And of course, elevators often break down (especially the freight elevator). I don’t argue that the elevator breaks down because of the village neighbors, but damn, what difference does it make if there is a queue on the 1st floor for a small elevator for 4 people? - Neighbors. Of course, this is not the developer’s fault, but be prepared that your neighbors will shit where they live. And shit very hard. - Storage rooms. The storage rooms are leaking, as are the balconies. - A hole near the house on Shuvalova 23. In the sense of a hole in the road surface. The management company doesn’t care about it, the developer doesn’t care (although it seems like he built this section of the road) - Very small underground parking lots. Although who builds them big now? - Entrance groups. Very small, mailboxes are located on the fire escape (you have to go through another door). - Glass partitions near the studios. The structure of the house is such that 4 studios are located in a row - and, accordingly, they have balconies “joint to joint.” And this joint is a glass partition.
