  • 70 g hard cheese

Preparation

1. Chop the chilled crab sticks quite finely. You can place the salad in a deep salad bowl, small bowls or on a saucer using a cooking ring. Make a mayonnaise mesh on top.

2. Hard-boil the eggs and grate them on a fine grater.

3. Make a layer of grated eggs on top of the crab sticks, using only half of them at this stage. Compact them and grease with mayonnaise.

4. Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater. Place on eggs and compact, brush with mayonnaise.

5. Cut the ripe juicy tomato into small cubes. Place them on a layer of cheese. There is no need for a mayonnaise mesh here.
