Although “Two Capitals” is being built in an industrial zone, and there are only economic facilities nearby (some can be clearly seen from the windows of the upper floors), nevertheless, there are no industries here that are dangerous in terms of hazardous emissions. Also encouraging are the assurances that parks and new social facilities, such as shopping malls, fitness clubs, etc., will soon appear instead of the industrial zone.

Thus, the project today seems quite reliable. The developer, a newcomer to the St. Petersburg market, is proving his worth with his actions. In general, at this moment the situation at the construction site is perceived positively. The work is going on, there is enough equipment and builders. Let's see how successfully InterGroup will cope with the commissioning of the first building, then it will be possible to make forecasts about the rest.

Let us note that there is still no accurate information about the construction time frame for the declared social facilities. There is no doubt that they will appear - the city has reserved land for schools and kindergartens. But new residents of the first buildings, at least at first, should be prepared for problems with social facilities. Well, hope for the efficiency of the companies that are building neighboring residential complexes in the same location (their plans also include social facilities). In addition, the issue of building normal roads (Dieselny Proezd and Srednerogatskaya Street) remains relevant, without which it will be difficult to get to the new residential complex.

The residential complex is in the second ten. However, prices in “Two Capitals” are quite adequate for the location, and the developer is not complaining about the lack of demand. In the first building, about 85% of the apartments have already been sold; in the second, the volume of sales is approaching half. All social facilities are concentrated in old, inhabited neighborhoods behind Danube Avenue. It’s not very far, but you have to cross too many roads, which is not very convenient (for example, sending a child to school is somehow risky). As residential complexes located east of the industrial zone, along Pulkovskoe Highway, are built, new social facilities will come into operation there. But are there enough of them for everyone? It's not clear yet. Therefore, all the hope of future new settlers "Two Capitals" for the speedy comprehensive development of the entire “Samsonov” industrial zone. Then, over time, all the necessary infrastructure facilities, both budgetary and commercial, will appear here and a comfortable life will improve. The process, of course, is not fast, but it has already begun, which means there is a prospect.

As for other parameters important for life, in terms of ecology the place can hardly be called attractive. After all, the residential complex is being built next to the busy Moscow Highway. There are trees on the territory of the former Samson, but not many. There are no full-fledged green areas nearby. However, there is also new information. As you know, one of the most pressing problems of Khimki is transport links with Moscow. Due to traffic jams it is significantly difficult. After plans for the metro line were shelved, many thousands of citizens who commute to and from the capital every day to work or study were left without prospects. Reality: traffic jams on Leningradskoye Highway and packed trains are something we have to put up with. However, this year the Moscow authorities unveiled a new project that could save the situation. We are talking about the MCD line, which should pass through Khimki. MCD are Moscow central diameters. They have already been dubbed the next version of the above-ground metro. High-speed, comfortable trains will run along lines similar to metro lines, from some satellite cities near Moscow to others. At the beginning of November, there are no questions about the timely delivery of these buildings. During the period from the first to the third quarter of 2018, all houses must be put into operation. Moreover, in "AM Development" It is not excluded that building No. 15 may be commissioned before the end of this year. Construction of building No. 17 started not long ago. Work here is being carried out at the pit stage. In general, we can say that the progress of construction of the “Two Capitals” inspires optimism. The quality of construction demonstrated by the developer in the first completed buildings does not cause serious complaints from new residents.
