The bodice is decorated with a Christmas tree made of yarn for the skirt, bows, and beads. A Christmas tree cap is made of the same yarn for the head, decorated with a red bow on top. Another fairly simple option for mom’s baby. The dress uses 200 g of “Maxi” threads from Madame Trikote, a wide satin ribbon for the belt, narrow organza ribbons and children’s plastic beads for decoration.

A bodice with straps is knitted from dark green threads with double crochets, and then a three-tiered hem with stripes of fans or a combination of “bumps” and “fans”. We tie a wide red satin ribbon at the waist in the form of a belt with a large red bow. We put a red headband with a red star on a spring on the head. To decorate the costumes, we sew small plastic shiny New Year's toys (or just balls) and, if desired, plastic Christmas tree beads onto the dresses. Festive imp costume

An active child can be given the image of a devil or an imp. We use a black or red sweater, respectively, together with tights or tight trousers. We sew pieces of wool made from threads onto them. The tail can be made from fabric or, if you want it to keep its shape, from wire covered with fabric.

At the tip of the tail there should be a tassel made of thread or rain. We make horns from cardboard. We glue them to a paper hoop over the child's head.

Festive costume “Snow Maiden”

A universal option for all New Year's holidays.

We take a blue or red dress as the basis for the uniform. We sew cotton balls “snow” onto it. The Snow Maiden must have a white collar. It can be made of paper and covered or covered with rain, tinsel or foil stars-snowflakes. If the Snow Maiden is traditional, a kokoshnik should be made to go with the blue suit. Cut it out of cardboard or thick paper.
